The end of the day, time to let down and unwind a little. Some of us find getting supper on the table relaxing while for others, it's a major challenge and most unwelcome after a tough day.

Before we look at the specifics of saving money, and your sanity, at suppertime, let's talk about what it really means to feed a family, far beyond fueling bodies. Getting a household of busy kids and parents to the table at the same time well may be your first challenge. We hear a lot about how families no longer have even one meal a day together, how that time for just being a family now requires conscious connection. I hope you make the effort.
